Who we are:

All of us are retired but love to create projects for those we believe in.

Gailee Walker Wells: Producer, Director, Writer, Editor

With a B. A. in theatre, speech, and English from Trinity University, and masters training at Oxford and the Royal Shakespeare Company,  Gailee began a ten year career in all facets of theatre, television, film and commercials - both in front of the camera and behind. "A knockout." "Riveting." "Mesmerizing." Mercurial," describe her work onstage as a former Equity company member of Stages Repertory Theatre. When she realized that writing and directing offered more powerful opportunities for creative expression, Gailee began honing those crafts.  Her plays have been seen from New York to Los Angeles and the Central Coast of California where she received a 2009 James Irvine Foundation grant to write Boomers Rock.

In 1996 Gailee moved to Los Angeles to write and direct film. She wrote the script for Moving Emily, which starred Wendi Malick and Harry Groener and premiered in the 1997 Hollywood Film Festival. She was asked to develop a television series based upon one of her characters. Gailee also created The Reel Thing in LA - training actors while developing and directing their demo reels. When a friend asked if she would work with his employer who was in danger of losing a major client, she agreed and began teaching communication and pitching skills to Hollywood producers and directors. She also traveled nationally, training the sales offices of an e-commerce corporation.

2002 brought Eugene into her life, and together they moved to the Central Coast of California where they developed 30 frames per second, inc., and Gailee began producing and directing plays - including Lend Me a Tenor, Three Days of Rain, and The God of Hell - for area theatres as well as Richard III, Hamlet, Death of a Salesman, A Walk in the Woods, WorkingA Chorus Line, and A Little Dog Laughed for the launch of Central Coast Repertory - an Equity-destination theatre she was developing when the economy took a turn and her husband changed the course of their lives. In April of 2011 Eugene and Gailee discovered Rancho California RV Resort in Aguanga, CA, and both knew that they'd finally found a new home where Gailee is already looking for places to become involved in developing children's theatre, an Equity destination theatre, Readers Theatre  and growing opportunities for actors, writers, and directors to make a living through their art.

Eugene Wells: Web Master, Software Developer, Technical Director

In 1970, Eugene graduated from UCLA with a degree in math/computer science. He was then hired to computerize the United States' largest tile subcontracting company, Selectile. Based in Los Angeles, Selectile employed over 250 people, had 7 locations, and did approximately $10 million in annual sales. In 1973, not yet 30, Eugene obtained an equity interest in the company, and with the aid of some very fortuitous events, acquired an 85% ownership within two more years. He successfully ran the business for 15 more years, setting several company sales and profit records during that time.

Selling his interest in Selectile to his partner in 1990, Eugene looked for new challenges and formed a software development company called Selectcomputer, Inc. After exploring different aspects of the newly burgeoning computer industry, he discovered an undeveloped, niche market --- the beauty salon and spa business. Beginning as a one-man operation, Eugene developed his software program, Professional Solutions, that managed the front desk operations of salons, spas and medical clinics. Being the first Windows program available to that industry, the program became an instant success. When he sold this business in 2002, Professional Solutions was the number one selling program in the United States. Available in several foreign languages, the software was installed in more than 5,000 businesses throughout the world.

As the Technical Director of all things 30 frames, Eugene creates websites and software for clients who need both sophisticated programming and easy use (for themselves as well as their clients). His lighting and sound engineering skills, along with his ability to create special effects and work with green screen give 30 frames everything that's needed to power your project.
